The auction will include 150 lots of art – including classic paintings, local paintings and modern paintings. The auction will also include items and works by Damien Hurst, John Chilvers, Peter Davies and Tracy Emmins, as well as artists such as Everett Watson Mellor (1878-1965), Frans Smeers (1873-1960), John Byam Shaw (1872-1919) and Wilfred Jenkins (1857-1936).
