One of highlights of Unique Auctions Art sale on the 27th March will be a Thomas Kinkade (1958-2012) studio proof. The piece is entitled Charleston, Sunset on Rainbow Row Studio. Thomas Kinkade was one of the most popular and bought Ameican artists of the 20th Century and was known as the “Painter of Light” due to the wonderful use of light in his studies.
The painting includes on the reverse a further pencil drawing of a Lighthouse Coastal Scene and the signature of Thomas Kinkade.
The painting is estimated at £3,000-£4,000.
The evening Art sale including Paintings, Watercolours, Oils, Lithographs, Print & Old Maps takes place on Thursday 27th March starting at 6pm. Viewing takes place from 2pm on the day of the auction.
