Collectable Star Wars toys and He-Man and Masters of the Universe toys attracted attention from all over the UK at Unique Auctions Antiques & Collectors auction on the 23rd and 24th January.
The original Star Wars Figurines & Vehicles collection sold for £680 and the collection of original 1980s He-Man and Masters of the Universe action figures sold for £240 to an internet bidder.
Darryl Kirk of Unique Auctions said “We have a database of toy collectors from all over the UK and the world and we often have potential toy buyers for collections as soon as they arrive. The Star Wars collection we had, featured two of the rarer figures with their all important weapons and attachments, as well as some of the last 17. Some of the vehicles will be broken for their parts as these are often worth more than the whole. We will be holding more vintage toys and collectable toys auctions throughout the year and always welcome collections. As we act as agents for the vendors we often get far better prices than they would achieve selling privately”.
