Saturday 24th June saw a fantastic Charity Open Day and Charity Auction at Unique Auctions (Vincent Court Auction Rooms, Turnstone Road, Teal Park, Lincoln, LN6 3AD). The day included Charity Stalls, a Charity Auction, auction tours, FREE Valuations, a book stall, preview of our Antiques & Collectors auction and CPR demonstrations by Lives First Responders (as part of BBC Lincolnshire Radio’s Save a Life Campaign).
Many local companies donated prizes to the excellent charity auction including: Doddington Hall, Whisby Garden Centre, Total Fitness, Frankie and Benny’s, Pennells Garden Centre, AreanaFlowers.com, Wacky Warehouse, Stet Potato Ltd, Unfringed, West Lodge Lakes Fishing, The Cheese Society, The Cornish Scone Company and Philips & Sons in Lighting.
All the monies raised will be given to several charities including Licolnshire & Notts Air Ambulance, Sue Ryder, St Barnabas, and Lives First Responders.
Kerry from Sue Ryder said of the day “We are absolutely delighted with the day and the monies raised. We have received a great donation from Unique and it all really helps”.
