Unique Auction’s Books, Stamps & Postcards auction on the 18th January includes a rare unique hand written volume the Borough of Boston Air Raid Damage Record of Damaged Premises. This is a very interesting record of damage with the first entry being 19th August 1940 and with each entry including Address, Type of Property, Owner,Occupier, Rateable Value, Extent of Damage, Form N M 106006/1, Inspected by, Repaired, WDP 1 and WDP 2/3. There is also a Summary of Official Returns from 30th May 1945.
